On the Pro plan, you pay $19.90/month per active member in your workspace. When you invite new people, Stripe automatically calculates the prorated amount for the remaining days of your billing cycle. If a member is removed, subsequent invoices adjust to the new seat count.

Each plan defines your workspace limits: Free includes up to 2 members, 30 active tasks, 3 flows, 10 notes and 5 MB per attachment. Pro unlocks unlimited members, tasks, flows, notes and spaces, along with 50 MB attachments and full analytics. If you hit a limit on Free, all existing content stays safe and you can upgrade to Pro to continue creating without limits.

Your existing tasks remain fully saved, editable and accessible. To add new tasks, you can archive completed tasks to free up space or upgrade to the Pro plan ($19.90/member/month) for unlimited tasks and cards.

On the Free plan, the attachment limit is up to 5 MB per file. On the Pro plan, the limit increases to 50 MB per file.

Freezing happens when a space's member limit drops below the number of people already in it — for example, when the subscription is cancelled, lapses, or moves back to a smaller plan. Nobody is removed and nothing is deleted: whoever falls outside the limit loses access to the space and sees a notice instead of the content, until they fit again. The owner is never frozen. Among the others, seats go to admins first and, within the same role, to whoever joined earliest — the order never changes, so the same people keep access on every plan change. To unfreeze, move to a plan with more seats or remove members from the space; access comes back on its own as soon as everyone fits.

Yes, you can cancel from the billing settings. The plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
