Each active person in the space costs $19.90 per month. Anyone joining mid-cycle is billed pro rata, and anyone leaving stops being billed on the next invoice.
There is no automatic importer yet. On Pro, the public API lets you create tasks in bulk from an export, and support can guide the migration.
Yes, from the billing settings. The plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then the space returns to Free without deleting anything.
